could depend on which state you are in, OW doesn't ship stock from one state to another with clerances

Yes I guess it's a bit misleading. As stated in the OP above I spotted this instore (I bought one and can produce receipt, plus there was a few left), and we've had success in the past with clearance items found instore also being available at stores accross the country…
