Menulog is offering theirs as delivery online, EatNow is offering pickup as well. Both offers can be taken advantage of as it's 2 separate sites/accounts.
I'm sure as 2 different sites they stand more chance of stealing market share from Delivery Hero than if they were just 1.

Awful, awful experience, delivery was quoted as 45 mins, nothing after 65 mins, called restaurant, they blamed eatnow, ravenous, I went for dinner elsewhere, they arrived 85 minutes after ordering. Gee what a trainwreck!

i find that DH has the worst out of the 3 in terms of stores.
there are a few stores that are on eatnow and not on menulog for me also.
they probably charge the restaurants commission fee twice so one for each website
Agreed. I have placed an order with them before and it never got delivered DH didn't really care either. It was very frustrating.

Pickup makes this better than Menulog's deal, but if opting for delivery check Menulog as well.
Some restaurants may have no delivery charge with one website but will have on the other.

Eatnow cancelled my order as the restaurant didn't pick the phone to take the order. The bright side is they gave me $15 account credit as I can't use the coupon again. Now I can use the credit and use any future coupon code to maximise the savings :)

I made a couple orders and they were cancelled because I used it more than once.

Just placed 3 orders over 3 places for pickup no orders cancelled. All picked up successfully, 12 deep fried prawns, grilled pork ball vermicelli salad, fruit salad and large gelati ^_^ total cost…$2.30, think it might just be down to luck as to who gets cancelled.

Sorry, went to the beach same strip, in a little complex, wnated to grab a small pizza too, but they were closed due to power outage. We did the same last night but got 2 bahn mi, an AB, small pizza, gelati and garlic bread over 4 places, total cost $7ish.. It's across the road so we just walked. Tonight I didnt even use valid email address to test, just typed [email protected] etc, used the same mobile number and cc from last night no all orders. It's really badly monitored it seems.
