          It originally said that its still waiting to be sent. They've sent it yesterday, and now my account says "Days left: 29" even though I haven't received it yet.

    I ordered this on Friday. The super fast delivery option was not available, so I had to get 2-5 business day delivery. It didn't arrive till today (Monday), so I lost 3 days of use already. I've got 27 days left.

    Would have been nice if they let us activate it manually so you don't lose 3 days.

    • Eastern Culture has mentioned previously in another thread that if you ring customer service they can change the activation date manually. Might be worth a try.

    I have changed the plan to 'AS YOU GO', automatic renew is OFF, payment is set to BPAY (without any info).

    5GB data until Jan 4th and +20 profit. not bad

  • Is there a way to use this sim in a pocket wifi or tablet device? Mines inserted into an unlocked (i think lol) 4g vodafone pocket wifi, but it says "SMS ONLY" and a 3G signal when the sim is inserted.

    • find a unlock device first, then use this unlock device as pocket wifi, like a mobile phone

  • Ordered 4 Dec and received the SIM today 8 Dec.

    However then logged on, I saw there are only 26 days left in the billing cycle and it ends on 3 Jan, which is exactly one month after ordering date. When I contacted them, the CSR said once I start using the SIM, the bill cycle will recalculate from that day for another 30 days. Anyone can confirm this?

    Is the billing cycle starting from the day you first use the SIM, or the day you ordered it online?

      So don't do it on a friday like I did.

          it's specifically in the ebay voucher t&cs, vouchers are gone once used, doesn't matter whose fault it is.

      Correct, if using a voucher be very sure that the seller is reputable because if they are not and they accept payment, then cancel your order then your voucher is gone.

      Then you'll get the massive run around from eBay support that I am experiencing. Best avoided.

      Not sure if I have to port by today or just the eBay offer expires today. Those ordering SIM today to port would take days to receive & port - so should be able to port & quality for voucher for a while (in theory).

Even though previous chat consultant never mentioned this to me, I just got told by 'Ruth T' that I am somehow not eligible for the promotion as I have 'another number' with Amaysim, which she wouldn't tell what it was, repeating like a damn parrot that I need to email '[email protected]' for them to look into it. I have ZERO recollection of having another mobile number with Amaysim, ever. Worst company I have ever dealt with, with SIMs going missing/not being sent and ports taking ages, and now they don't want to give me the voucher, and it's only been seven days…Ill update how it goes once I email…

      • E X A C T L Y! And yet I really do believe that this is the first time I have used Amaysim for myself. I might have bought a SIM for my daughter ages ago for a trial (and used it for only a month) and used my email as the contact email address but PLEASE don't tell me they will try and use that when the terms mention nothing of the sort and I am actually porting over my main number now, and was looking to stay with them for a while? It says 'New Online Orders'…and this is what my order was, a new online order!

          Don't know dude. Maybe just start clean and and create a new account. I did that for my second voucher I got, just in case I was adding too many to the one account.

          @ensanguined: If you are porting from a different network it should be ok as far as I know

          I just went through the steps and got a new number,used a different email address (for the second time round), used my wifes name and kept the same mailing address from other accounts. This worked for me

          @ensanguined: No worries. Just make sure you check on your plan and payment options before the 30 days are up, otherwise you will be paying the full amount for the next month. Others have mentioned about turning off auto renew in your account so you don't get billed.

      Only INGDirect cards worked for me, but you can use the same card >1.
      No need but you can always include your middle initial, or 'bob esquire' in first name.

      I just used the $25 ebay voucher on 7 padlocks costing $25.23 before code use. 23c, hotdamn thats a bargain.

    • Definately the voucher is sent to your email well before your sim arrives. Check spam filter, @india.com held mine as spam.
