As part of Black Friday deals, one of the stores on AliExpress was offering a decent price on this VR handset.
It's basically less flimsy version of Google Cardboard VR that's made with plastic.

      Weird, it's popping up as $8.67 USD on my web browsers (Tested with Edge and Firefox). Maybe they have it in stock again.

  • Bought this for $11 US in the Singles' Day promotion. Unfortunately the suction cups won't work well if your phone has a curved back like mine and it doesn't like cases either.

    • I think it really depends, my gf's LG G2 worked fine with mine as far as I remember and a matte plastic case I used really didn't interfere with mine as well. Though yeah, I do think some devices wouldn't work with the suction pad that holds the phone in the place. Also, it's a shame that it's hard to use it with a headphone (if it has a jack that's fairly long), binaural input in my opinion is essential to whole VR stuff.
