Nutri Ninja Auto IQ Blender $164.00 (after $25 Email Subscriber Voucher) + $25 EFTPOS Card @ Harvey Norman

710

After missing out on the Dick Smith promo code, I did a little digging and came up with this which essentially gets you the nutri ninja BL480NZ for $139.00 click and collect.

Using this deal in conjunction: you get your $25 voucher delivered to your email, use that for the $164 price. Pick up your $25 EFTPOS card which is included in the buy and use that on groceries or whatever and it works out to be $139. Pretty happy with that.

that is like saying "dont post any coupon or voucher bargains because the advertised price is…… $X"

        • -3

that is like saying "dont post any coupon or voucher bargains

The coupon has already been posted in a previous post…

Might as well post a separate deal for everything at Harvey Norman then, since you can use the same coupon…

Some of you are really ungrateful pieces of sh! Nitpicking, snobby and miserable, just waiting for someone to do something so you can hump on them to make yourself and your "perfect" highness feel better. Who the hell would post you any deal when you're like that??? Id delete it, go and find it yourself. Thats why we have posts type "sorry its my first time" sorry for what, saving them money, sharing it out of good will? And they spit on you…My God the cynicism. If it was just a website and a deal, its all day, everyday around us.

I have noticed a couple of people on few of my posts that they always post negative comments.

Don't let it get you down. Just trolls and kb Warriors like on any online community. Learn to ignore or report then to a mod.

PS: I think this is a fantastic deal. Well done L Plated OP :)

  • Any ideas on how long it takes for HN to send the gift voucher to your email? Also why are so many stockists clearing/specialing this, is there a new vastly improved IQ Ninja on the way?

    • Went ahead with the purchase. Bit odd they don't tell you how many cups you get with it (some sites say two, others three). Since the BL480 is the same and it should be AUS/NZ stock I'm going with the details on the GG website: http://www.thegoodguys.com.au/ninja-nutri-ninja-blender-with… I wonder if I don't get the large 900ml cup whether I can return it, because at that price point it really is a deal breaker as I want to prepare large smoothies with it.

Would go with the Ninja that has a bit less wattage and non-IQ (not fussed with waiting by blender so non-feature for me) for half the price (Slim at Coles for $69) but this one should have more cups (that's what I'm banking on anyway) and durability reports seem better (but wouldn't the blades be made out of the same material for both Slim and IQ?)

  • Arrghh, just bought one from Dick Smith last night with the "YAY26" voucher, ended up paying $163. WIth this deal $164 + $24 Eftpost voucher.

    • +2

      All different suffixes to nutri.

  • Awesome, thanks guys :)

  • Trying to put a $ figure on how much happier I would be with this over my current sunbeam which leaves the oats not quite disintegrated…

I think there is a better blender: "Breville The Boss To Go Mini Blender" also can get it from BIG W, blades and build quality are much better than Nutri Ninja.

  • how do you get it for $139??

i see it for $189, if i get a voucher that brings it down to $164

HN is terrible… no one knows what is going on… (blacktown store).

I m keen on this one. Does this have the same leaking issues I have experienced on the nutribullet? Any issues I should be aware of? Thanks

  • Sounds like throwing a handful of rocks into a 747 turbine, but man, does it ever blend things!

When i picked up my Ninja from Harvey, I asked where is my $25 Eftpos card. The guy at the counter said they had all gone due to overwhelmed response to the Eftpos deal, and they will post it to me by mail. Fingers crossed that they will keep to their word.

    • can u confirm the no if cups this comes with?

      • +3

        yes, 3 cups of 900ml, 650ml and 500ml.

    • +1

regarding the Eftpos Card, I was told the same (run out) and it should arrive by end of this week.

      • Did you receive your Eftpos card yet, I'm still waiting for mine.

        • not yet, better come on monday

        • @Odin:
I'm still waiting for my Eftpos card. I had a feeling I would have to jump through some hoops to get it, so called HN today and they haven't even sent it. The guy said he would mail it a.s.a.p, but my spidey sense is telling me I'm going to have to go down to HN to sort it out. How did you go, hope you had better luck.

        • +1

          @telby:

they're hopeless, i had to call them too. They said:

"yep we'll send it out today"

          "Do you have my address?"

          "… no… probably need that"

          They're unbelievable.

        • @Odin:
I'll give them to Wednesday, then call them again. How much effort does it take to mail a card, apparently a lot.

  • Thanks OP, I've been having my eye on this for the past 2 months. Bought it yesterday. Took about 15 mins for the voucher to appear in my inbox.

Two hours later it was ready to collect from my local HN store.

They said the eftpos card takes 72 hours before it can be activated. (Just something to note)

They have to take your details to register the card. Then you wait a few days then you can activate the card.

Edit: Blades are bloody sharp… Cut my finger cleaning it…

    Thanks again.

  • Thank you. Just placed my order online. It's currently out of stock in Melbourne store, but will be waiting for them to let me know when to pick up.

  • I know it's very apples and oranges but this guys YouTube video kinda turned me off buying the Ninja (a different 1300w model) where he compares the $800+ Vitamix S30 to this. Sure you could buy 4 Ninjas and still have money left over but this comparison leaves the Ninja looking pretty bad.

Though, for the average joe (which I guess is the category I fall under) I guess it's still a pretty damn good blender.

For anything contemplating the Vitamix, I found you can buy a reconditioned Vitamix S30 from Vitamix direct for $259 USD ($358 AUD) but I imagine we'd need to use one of those USA-AU shipping companies so who knows what the end price would be. Should still be well under $500 though. No idea if there are the 110/240V issue makes this impossible though?

    • Yes different model, but also not a fair comparison. He was beating the seeds down onto the blades with the vitamix to make it blend, otherwise it would have looked the same.

Does any one know how long this will go on for? Just picked one up (thanks OP) and also same thing was said about card getting mailed. Mate is on the fence and wants to know how long this deal is going to last?

Just made first few blends - THIS THING IS LOUD

  • Just bought as xmas pressy for the other half thanks Op. She currently uses a decent 10 year old Breville blender for her daily healthy smoothies.. I'm interested to see how much is gimmickery on these things.

  • Well, just as an update, mate just tried getting one and they've stopped giving away the $25 card. Makes the DS deal the cheapest one ATM - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/219972

    • The CLEAR30 code no longer works… so I think this one is still cheapest

    • yeh $25 card doesnt appear on the listing but once checked out it's there.
if they dont honour it, i'll just refund.

      • It's not showing on the invoice emailed to me did it show up on yours?

On the TV infomercial we called up tonight and you can buy 2 for $295 free delivery and free swiss 11 piece knife set.

        • just doubled checked. it does
if u have amex, might be better if u buy 2 nutri ninja.
          u get $50 or $30 off when u purchase over $300

        • @syl:

          u get $50 or $30 off when u purchase over $300

Only if you have already registered for this AMEX credit, as maximum registrations have been reached.

  • Is this deal expired? Don't see the gift card appearing after check out.

  • Any other deals, really need one for my pregnant wife.
