  By now we all should have enough paint to bath in. Also keep an eye out for William Sherman specials so far 1L sample, 2 for 1 price, and I think I can recall something about ceiling paint offer with purchase or not it may have just been a nightmare. But this may be of interest.

  You will have to make your own call for paint quality as per cost ie diamond as against pretinted, own brand, manufacturer of own brand and now the William s.

  With the fence paint do workout the cost per litre, last time I purchased fence paint it was cheaper to buy 4L time as against 10L. Go figure. Masters is bringing own fence paint stock and other brand choices may not be stocked. Maybe not.

      I have yet to try the William Sherman but by all accounts the quality in USA is well regarded. [ I have enough to do inside and outside of my house and dads 2 for 1 offer]

      You will find the paint people at Masters know the pecking order Pascal Valspar Valspar Diamond William sherman.

      I like Zinsser BIN123 but will will not use oil based but only water base.

      Some of the other brands produce same paint and if you have the right paint person there they will cover this off.

      However at the end of the day, you will need to get the best paint that meets your needs which will include guarantees, whether it is going on new construction work ie HardiesTimberboards that are pre-primed and have sweatheart deals with type of paint. As for colour pick the curtains and rugs first as there are 1000's of different paint colours and there is the paint matching services [last one i did was a sooty enamel ceiling that had a storm plaster leak hole - end result what hole and paint matched with no colour differences.

      Have fun and if using tressels look up on how to use a ladder to climb those bloody wide rungs.

  Just a word of Warning with the Walpamur Fence paint. I used this stuff a few years ago on my fence and it was absolutely terrible. I had to strip it all back after less than a year as it was flaking/peeling etc, and let me assure you trying to strip all the paint from a picket fence is a painful process.
  Buyer beware, you get what you pay for with paint. And the cheap price isn't worth it when you have to redo it after a year instead of every 10 years etc with the premium stuff.
