Wow, thank you. Good business, they have all the young ones hooked, mostly teenage girls. Meant to be 'healthy', but with the amount of natural sugars it'd have, would be the same amount of sugar as Coke.
Still healthier than Coke.
Pure orange juice has nearly the same sugar as a Coke.
Coke Zero has no sugar and is "only 4kj per 330ml".
Cherry picking nutritional information is useless.
A lot of the sugar comes from fruit, which as fructose isn't as bad for you as other forms of sugar. Sure, they put in icecream or whatever else and that's not great, but it definitely is not worse for you than drinking a Coke.
Apparently boost only uses Frozen Yogurt, not icecream
chances are the yogurt will have a little bit of sugar in it but definitely healthier option compared to coke
20c extras aren't going to help your wallet much when the base product is $7 last time I checked? Just keep adding extras and split it with a friend?
At least they aren't doing those shitty promotions any more where only 1% of people could actually qualify.
