Just back from Toys R' Us Chatswood, NSW, they got around 5 Rock Band Drum Set on sale for $20.
This is for Xbox360 only and no software included.

RRP price on the ticket show $110.

Unfortunately, I don't have Xbox, so everyone that interested, hurry up go to the shop.

I will upload the photo from my mobile ASAP.

JB Hi-fi Online only had the PS3 drum kit, but they didnt actually have any in stock.

They were given a grace list of what the warehouse might have had, but were unable to fill any orders as they warehouse did not have any.
