      I got it on my account and I have placed many orders over the last 2 or 3 years. The app was already installed on my phone so Im assuming I have placed an order on it when they had those ridiculous sale days.

          Try logging out. Add item to cart, put in postcode and then apply coupon code. Will ask you to sign in. This showed up as $5 discount for me. Then I entered the coupon code again, and $15 discount applied. Just tried it on another account and worked again.

          By this, I meant the app. When they used to have those ridiculous sale days, some purchases were app only. There is no way to tell if I placed the order with the app, but I assumed I must have for it to be installed.

    Just got the Lenmar Chugplug backup battery for my Macbook Air. $24.99 delivered on the app, $149 RRP and sells for $75+ on ebay. Ugly as hell, but will give me an extra 4 hours battery apparently.

    "Coupon code conditions have not been met"

    So spoke online, and they gave me store credit of $10 instead but the "couldnt figure it out"
    Even with $600 worth of crap in the trolly i didnt meet the minium spend of $10

        Oddly the account I used reward1 one yesterday via an app for the first time to get $15, plus I used my $10 referral credit to get a Chromecast for $24.98 .. was chuffed at that - now it seems I could have got it for less then $20 — as reward2 works on that same account. ($15 reward2 + $5 first app purchase + $10 referral credit .. damn)

          Same here, but you couldn't have used REWARD1 without spending your credit as Catch applied it automatically.

          The REWARD2 code now doesn't apply to postage. :(
