pretty poor reason to neg the deal
paying via paypal gives buyer protection.
i have got stuff off these guys before, never an issue.what did you order, was it a bargain?
Depends on what you want. Generally with these guys, shipping is quicker and more reliable . Cheapest isn't king.
They're usually in the right ballpark and sometimes cheapest with their regular offers.@bleugh: Maybe, but I don't think this one is a deal. You can even get a 5A CC/CV step-down module with a voltage LED display from ebay (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/5A-Adjustable-Power-CC-CV-Step-do…) for $4.59, which is both cheaper and better than the listed deal ($6.05).
The piranha board is also cheaper, being $4.59 on ebay instead of $7.27 (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Super-Bright-DC-12V-Light-48-New-…)
The only thing that is actually cheaper is the li-ion charger, which is $0.39 cheaper.
You can even get a 5A CC/CV step-down module with a voltage LED display from ebay
The Ebay module you linked to is not Constant Current - only the voltage is adjustable.
But I thank you anyway, because I cannot find these things searching for full words, and you just taught me about acronyms CC and CV.
+1 for another stupid user name ;-)
prices are in USD and are similar to eBay prices but without the safety of eBay
