Not stacking with 25% off Disney… for those who didn't read the fine print…

Just noticed that. Is this the first time they've ever excluded a sale promotion from getting a further 20% off? I can't remember that ever happening before until these recent Disney exclusions.

    Any % off VHS?

Yes, buy VHS and VHS 2 and get 20% off! ;)

      • Thanks.

  • You the man Trent!

  • What are the odds of there being a 20% CD promo? Does anyone remember when the last one was?

  • Thanks, just picked up True Blood Season 7 Blu-ray for $25.58 (down from $31.98)… nearly bought it at the previous sale when it was $31.98 (down from $39.98)… I wonder if that's a pricing error.

    • As suggested below, looks like it was a glitch - back up to $31.98 again…

  • There is a glitch which takes 20% off the TV shows on sale(which seems to have incorporated the old HBO sale) sale and then another 20% off the reduced price. It seemed fixed but the glitch seems to be up again-for now.

    • They seemed to have fixed it again to the just 20% off price and reinstated the HBO sale section.

  • For anyone who is looking for the BlueRay Lord of the Rings extended box set, (yes I am a geek), last time the sale was on we noticed that they cost $85 presale price at the JB at South Wharf in Melbourne rather than $115, so the post sales was 60ish rather than 90ish. (The precious is now mine). May not still be the case but worth a look.

    • I bought my box set from amazon a long time ago for the sum of $55.00 australian

Stuffed if I was going to pay the aus tax

  • Thank you Trent86!

  • Are people still using DVDs? (get ready for the negs)

  • Some good titles in the bluray list if you dig, bought about 10. It's nice to have a collection of classics to browse when people are over.

  • thanks

  • I am looking to order some of the cheep James Bond BD titles to complete my collection but they are all listed as listed as part of the Online Clearance Sale and awaiting stock. But available for delivery. Does that mean they can only be ordered online at 99c delivery each of the 11 titles I am looking at getting. How long do the titles usually take to get in stock for out of stock items? Also never ordered from JB on-line. What is the packing and shipping like?

    • From what I remember, shipping packaging is pretty average, bordering on crap. I wish everyone packed like Peters of Kensington does..

      • Yes - crap. I've ordered a few titles in the past, and they just came in thin envelopes. At least one had a very damaged case (had to go to a store to get it swapped for a good one).
