    Yeah paid. I emailed them yesterday, apparently they will try to process my order. Blamed it on IT issues.

    I ordered from them once and it took weeks to arrive. I have never bothered to use them again. There was no explanation as to why it took so long then- I just think they're a bit hopeless.
