ordered from them a week ago and no sign of delivery, no communication apart from the first 2 confirmation emails, despite already took my money.
I'm in same situation as you - emailed them last night asking for feedback/ETA, and received this in response :
"I'm so sorry for the delay getting your order - we are experiencing some delays with orders at the moment due to an unprecedented amount of orders coming in due to the Click Frenzy sale. We are hoping to despatch your order today or tomorrow, however due to the amount of orders we are processing, I can't give you an exact date.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience."But yes, I had no idea wtf was going on either until I had to chase them!
yeah, just recei ed the same email from them few mins ago. and they offered a 10%discount card with free shipping, guess it'll be the same code with this deal, bah!
The website says you get 15% off for signing up to the newsletter, so don't know why this is a deal
Crud, i just made an order. Perhaps there's some T&Cs to the 15% off though. OPs code took my $7.50 shipping off too.

$65 minimum purchase required for free delivery.
mine was under $40 and code got me free delivery…
Amcal's checkout system adjust discount and postage in some way, but net result is I got free shipping with less than $65.
That I realised now. It looks good now.

Cheers ordered something else using the code, they must be losing money with this code, didn't get the confimation email either. .
So heads up when ordering from Amcal — the free shipping code doesn't always work so check your orders carefully. And their customer service officers are pretty crappy about it.
I ordered some items after receiving this THANKS code earlier this month. Because of the delay on orders, I got sent and emailed an apology code with the same code in it when my ordered shipped.
I ordered some stuff with the 15% off cashrewards code (not using the Thanks code at all) and then realized I had forgotten to get something. So I went and used the THANKS code I had received so I wouldn't have to buy another 60+ worth of stuff.
When I went to use it, shipping was clearly charged, only the 10% had come off.
When I queried it, the customer service rep told me the free shipping THANKS code was 'one use' and I had already used it on the first order which is why it hadn't come off my latest order but that they would refund me the shipping 'in good faith'
So just be warned this THANKS code is apparently a one-use, despite it not saying that anywhere on either the inital promo or the secondary card I received.
