3 RIbs. Size varies. Comparing just the meat to a steak..approx 300g. absolute not worth the $40 normal price. Mates one was smaller than mine.. Flavourless without the sauce. But very tender.
Is this only on Tuesdays?

It is hard to find good beef ribs..they need to be tender and fall—off-the-bone not chewy and bland.
Try the beef ribs @ Pancakes at the Rocks, the beef is so tender and well textured it just melts off the bone, I prefer it over a wagyu beef steak anyday
