This sounds like crazy. Just got my order delivered, with 11 items missing worth about 20 dollars (as well as the coffee machine). I didn't get any email advising of no stock. And the driver said he has no other boxes. I didn't get a packing sheet either. The last email I have from them confirms the order and delivery time frame.
I called the hotline, they offered to refund due to lack of stock, I told them but I'll be left with 5 packs of coffee pods that I can't use.
This is both frustrating and a time waste.
Update: Well, they refunded for the missing items while applying a weighted discount -because I used this voucher. Thrown in additional voucher off the next order. And a staff member will deliver the coffee machine tomorrow (was told it's their day off!).
I've had items missing in at least 3 deliveries. One of them was missing a third of the order (10+ items). They gave vouchers for the next order, but it's still inconvenient.
Out of 10 or so delivered orders, I've only had one that wasn't missing items (once about a quarter of a large order was missing). Received refunds, but it's not really good enough. Often also received dented cans. Have never been offered a voucher. Vow never to order online again, and then a decent deal comes along and I think, surely they'll have got their act together by now……….but today's delivery was once again incomplete. Sigh
