  It seems we're starting to get past the early adopters tax.

  Here's hoping the M8 and S5 prices drop further. Can't think of a reason to need (or even want) the current generation of flagship phones.

      Yeah, from memory the bands it had were a really poor match for the AU market.

  Wow, didn't take long for HTC to drop that offensive $1099 price for this mediocre phone…if you want an M9, get an M8 :)

    The M8 great, there's no reason to (down)grade from an M8 to an M9.

    The S5 to S6 on the other hand, plastic junk to metal and reasonably good looking phone may be worth it.

      Without a memory card slot, the S6 wasn't feasible for a LOT of us.

      S5 looks hideous (even by my standards), but it's an alright phone as far as I see?

      It's not like M8 to M9 where you don't get that much of an upgrade because of SoC overheating/throttling.
      Just saying.
