I stand humbly corrected. I wonder why yesterday they told me it would expire at noon? At that time I assumed they didn't want the free shipping code to overlap with the 'massive sale' (which actually was pretty big), which commenced at 7PM.
It's good that you guys got the word out that the two 'events' overlapped/stacked, albeit for only five hours!

easternculture does seem to have referral links for many of his posts including such companies as vitacost, COTD, ozsale, iherb, pricepal, iherb, vitacost, aminoz, COTD, ozsale and probably a few others but im sure he is just trying to selflessly bring bargains to you, the ozbargain community.
If you dont agree with people such as easternculture linking their referral links to their posts, then simpy make sure you use the random referral link, rather than the default OP link - in this case easternculture - at the end of the post highlighted in grey.

Yes, I had items in shopping cart ready to go, then it past midnight and the coupon already entered was rejected.
The expiry for this bargain was originally set to 12pm on 20th, but has now been changed to having expired on 19th.
However, the sale is still on, just not the free shipping.
I still went ahead with the purchase: $50 for Yamaha amp, $5 and $10 for DeWalt drill bit sets is still a great deal even with shipping ($8).
