It's happened to me and many of others who gave their information on the web to them. I have learnt my lesson and I will never trust this Greenenergywatch.com.au again - They will call you and try to sale their product! Never Never give your details to them.
There a few deals out there where they will come to your home and changed over the old bulbs for free.
Even my supplier is offering this atm.The "Submit" on the website button does not work for me.
