Please be aware, due to the size and transport costs return costs are large, combined with the internal battery not being able to be return shipped via airmail the return will be difficult and expensive. If the issue is a quality problem we will cover you for product faults but just a simple return is not practical given the costs and rules in Australia.
The order will be shipped with EMS express and delivery usually takes 4-8 business days.
