And I'll be flying over the scene in my private jet, eating endangered rhino steaks and laughing at plebeian antics. What point did you have?
mcdonalds is trying to sound classy but it's still trash food.
hipsters are every bit as insufferable as bogans.
more even. and bogans are sometimes ok as people :p
granted, hipsters aren't as prone to violence lol
Thanks OP
Go crazy… …don't mind if I do!
Are they gonna be there tomorrow? I might shout my family for lunch
Damn there were not there today :(
Wow, McDonalds is getting really desperate.. their sales have been sharply declining due to the excessive prices (and shit tier quality) they charge for normal menu items.
I guess this is their way of trying to attract people back.
A loss leader is a loss leader. They're still the number one fast food joint nationally and internationally and they've fared off much better than their competition (i.e. Hungry Jack's).
As you said, though, it's the prices that scare people off. They've completely lost me as a customer due to their prices and unless they can produce deals similar to what Hungry Jack's offers then I have no intention of going back any time soon.
On that note, I'm off for a 4AM Hungry Jack's run :)
Agreed maccas are great but with that kind of pricing for a couple , you could just goto a restaurant
Using the phrase "really desperate" seems over the top. Profits have declined but that doesn't mean they're in a terrible position as a business.
Damn i was there and didnt know it was on.
Soooo desperate McDonalds. Theyve lost the plot.
I did read (probably wrong, made up and completely unconfirmed) reports that maccas got a load of meat that while it was perfectly edible didn't meet their standards for what they usually take. And now we have free meals across capital cities :D
That sounds ridiculous. I went to the one in Sydney and they were tasty, not suss in any way. Lined up a couple of times and took some back to the office for my buddies, and they were very popular.
yep, paid $3 for it
worth $3 easily
wouldnt get it again but quality was most 'unlike Maccas' in a good way
