Hey everyone, founder of Funday Pass here! I must say that I am quite surprised and happy to see it make it to the front page of OzBargain! Sorry that it wasn't made clear on how to redeem: you simply just print off the document and show them at the counter to receive your discount. NO cutting is necessary and you DO NOT have to hand it over for them to keep - you can keep reusing it whenever and however you want until its expiry date.
