Just bought one myself, and not sure when this will end but only yesterday the phone was available for $715 from Harvey Norman.
The cheapest online grey stock I've found is $489.
This is local Australian stock with a 2 Year Warranty from Nokia for $563.
Reviews for this phone have been great, and whilst the app gap isn't fully closed, the core apps or alternatives are available and quite good.
Stock levels seems to be pretty good around the place.
If only it supported Google Hangouts, its the one App that is keeping me from trying a Windows phone(and before anyone asks, Hangouts is heavily used for voice and video chat in my circle of friends and family).
