  Got one when was on sale last time, DPI is pretty low so some visibility issue expected when you print out high res PDF doc.

  Not too bad in general, given the price.

    I've purchased compatible toners for my Brother HL-2270DW from protoners in the past. They had a flat shipping fee of $9 when I last ordered from them. My last order (Feb 2013) was for 3 toners and that has lasted up to now. I have been quite happy with the quality of the prints.

    Alternative, you could try eBay

    Given how cheap printers are and how frequent printer sales are on, it might work out better to get a new printer each time.

    Edit: Just wanted to mention that I am a university student so I print quite a bit.

        The website looks the same as it did last year. Others have bought from them as well. This was posted late 2013.
