  • Thanks! Any discount codes? Or will the sale be evident on the day?

    • No details yetabout that yet. Also nothing about exclusions (yet).

Just a warning to everyone, this company will automatically add you to their 'WineLovers' club and call you to sell things all the time. I've had to block 3 numbers just to stop the calls.

    • hmm, cheap wine, incessant nagging.. decisions, decisions..

    • True but you can also ask them to take you off their call list.

Thanks for the heads up gwab. Had to report Kogan to ACMA to get them to stop spamming me after poruchasing something a while back. That's always an option if they don't do as you ask. If in doubt just tell them not to add you to any "mailing" lists when/if you order something.

Over 100 brands, all owned by Woolworths, and made under contract by actual wineries.
They put a few bottles of big name wines, like Penfolds, on the site. But thats just to create an illusion that te other brands are real.

But … they are cheap. Despite the fake discounts.

I can happily say that I've heard of less than a handful of the "brands" on that list and don't recall seeing (m)any in the Cellarmasters reds list. Easy to check if the discounts are real, unless you've never heard of google or wine searcher. Dan Murphy and Cellarmasters are both WW iirc.

      • The list is a bit dated. They have invented more brands since then.
If you look at the mixed dozens, they are mostly home brand, or a series sold exclusively by Cellermasters, the many so-called wine clubs it runs, and perhaps other Woolworths-owned outlets such as Dan Murphy.

Neil McGuigan is a real guy, but seems to have exclusive deal with Woolworths for the lines sold. A bit like Jamie Oliver??
