so does this start at midnight tonight or start of business tomorrow?

    • +1

Is there something you need to urgently order online midnight tonight? Just wait till tomorrow morning. Since it says in-store, that may mean you can only buy in-store, so the stores won't be open at midnight anyway.

    Re: Club Plus Price Promise
Can I get a credit if I bought a full priced item yesterday?

    • yes, they do it automatically

    • +1

Yep - if the item goes on sale within 2 weeks from when you purchase, they'll credit you into your club card

  • So do you think this means the entry-level Sony Double-DIN Bluetooth Head unit could be had for $150? It's currently on sale for $199: http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/Sony-… but take 20% off and use the $10 credit and it should come out at around that… right?

    • 20% off won't apply to sale items, will take the greater of the two. You could still use your credit however.

    • Yeah, now 20% off… no deal :(

  • I've signed up for the membership but haven't received the card yet.

      Pasted from my membership email:
Congratulations on joining Supercheap Auto Club Plus - we are happy to have you on board! Keep an eye on your mailbox - your card and key tags will be on the way soon.

In the meantime, you can still head in-store or jump online and start shopping as a Club Plus member. Your purchases will still be registered on your membership by either:

Logging in online under your new account details
Asking our team members in-store to search for your membership until your card arrives. You simply need to give them the below details so they can find your account:

I signed up with the last free deal the other week, got my card today.

    • Received mine today.

    • Quote your phone number in store and you're good to go.

    • I just gave my name at the store and the staff member just gave me a new card. Told me to get rid of the one in the mail when it arrives

Hmmmm time to look at this air compressor:

    http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/Stanl…

I've seen it come up for $350 a couple of times on this forum and nearly bitten but $320 will tip me over the edge I think :-)

    • i think they will weasle out with 20% off rrp. it is regularly $399

    • I paid $549 for it in 2010. Well worth $320. Get it.

  • +1

    hehe take that repco!

I only just received the email and it has changed since
"* Off recommended retail price only"
    http://i.imgur.com/7inotQE.png

  • Can we order with 20% off and pick up in a week or two?

    • quite sure it's in-store only

    • You must pick up an order placed online within 7 days…

      • +2

rang to check this, the guy at my closest store (140km) said it would just sit in their shelves until I came to pick up, two weeks was not an issue for them…

        • Thanks a lot for checking :)

        • cool

  • Yeah, I have to buy a Headlight bulb down from $78 to $45 thought, i would join the Club spend $5 get other $5 then 20% off tomorrow store wide ,$45 - $14 (Including the loyalty voucher ) = $31 . I planned everything then unfortunately its at full retail price only :( and also missed out on Target stuff !! :(

    • For headlight bulbs always check www.powerbulbs.com before buying locally. Even better when they have sales on.

  • The email i got said nothing about B&M store only it says 20% off storewide which could also be seen as the online store too. I mean i do have an account created through the online Club Plus registration and i got the email. Might be a reason to use my $10 free credit from it.

    • normally if it's 20% off storewide and online, they will mention the online part as well. i'm happy to be wrong, but both emails do say "in store"

      • Well that's a shame i hadn't received my store card in the mail yet.

        • no need for physical card. An email address and/or phone number is suffice for them to search the system

  • +3

for people who haven't received their club plus card yet, you don't need it. just go up to the counter before they scan the stuff you want to buy and give them the email address you used to sign up for the account. they can apply your credit that way

  • +2

Dodgy as adding the rrp condition later like that.
Weird how they have such a good combo deal on the direct drive compressor compared to the belt drive.

  • shame about the rrp thing, but their prices are usually rrp anyway i think

  • Just signed up for the club and got an email saying I got $10 credit, Will buy the Sony MP3/CD Player CDXG1050U tomorrow but it's already 30% so no extra deal here but at least I found out how to save another $10.

  • Can you get 20% off after a price match ?

    • they usually don't price match unless you get a nice guy

      • Its on their website that they will beat any price for stocked items

  • I received my card in the mail today from the free card deal posted here. Any way to use the $10 voucher that came with it with this 20% off deal considering this is in-store only?

    • +3

      Scan your card at checkout

      • Thanks. It worked today in the store no problems. For some reason I thought the credit only applied to online purchases.

  • +1

The prices have changed online, Prices show as CLUB+ Price.

  • I just looked on the online website. All the online prices are showing Club+ prices at what looks like the 20% off. I was right it wasn't just B&M in store but online too. Hurray can do click and collect.

As i said the email yesterday said nothing about being limited to B&M store only.

So no need to go in B&M store first you can order online with your free $10 credit and use click and collect.

Just bought online and with click and collect 2 x SCA AA 10pk Alkaline batteries and 1 x Eveready Gold AA Alkaline 4pk for $9.97 but i didn't pay a cent because i used up my free $10 Club+ welcome credit. There is currently no minimum spend with the $10 credit. Not a bad deal all at the 20% off Club+ prices.

There's a deal happening you can buy 2 x SCA AA 10pk Alkaline battery packs for $5.98.

  • since i signed up for the $10 credit, i never can log in on my pc, z2 or my imac. keeps giving a server error C-2014092010CCCXX

    • Is there another web browser that you could try?.

I mean i just successfully ordered online with my $10 credit and made a click and collect so it worked for me. I'm using Firefox 32.0.2 with the latest Java version installed. So make sure that you have Java installed because the online site might be using it. I have Java version 7 update 67 installed.

  • Click and collect is taking a while. I did a click and collect nearly 3 and a half hours ago and still hadn't received the ready email. It says takes up to 4 hours but it's not far from that now. All the items were in stock at the store when i ordered click and collect.

  • Well so much for their up to 4 hours click and collect time gone past that now and still waiting.

    • i've done their c&c thing many times and found it usually takes something like 1 day or 2 before you get the pick-up confirmation.

typically the store is really busy, can't find the items you've ordered and/or they're out of stock. give it a couple of days then call their customer help line and they'll sort it out for you much quicker

      • Well stuff that then their claimed 4 hours click and collect processing is far from accurate. Maybe i'll just pick it up next week some time. Just they're a bit slow since other retailers can do it well within 4 hours let alone a day or two. But i need not complain getting 24 AA alkaline batteries for free. :)

"We would like to confirm that your order has been received and will be processed within 4 hours during store trading hours.

Your purchase information is attached and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

If you have any queries regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us:"

  • thanks op, got utility rope and 2 packs of 10 AA alkaline battery for 77 cents
paid with paypal, collect within 2 hours, nice job SC

    • I'm still waiting on my click and collect made 5 hours ago. Looks like the store has run out of stock of one of the items i ordered even though it was showing in stock when i ordered it. Basically they must have sold one of the items of the stock to some one else which i ordered now i probably have to wait days and days while they get more stock in.

So it seems even though you successfully click and collect some thing showing in stock doesn't mean that it won't be sold to some one else first who happens to come into the store and grabs it off the shelf.

      • So it seems even though you successfully click and collect some thing showing in stock doesn't mean that it won't be sold to some one else first who happens to come into the store and grabs it off the shelf.

Pretty much. But when this happens, you will often get an email from customer service offering free delivery or asking if you want to pick up from another store.

I made my order 24 hours ago and just got the collection SMS this morning

  • awesome deal

    brought an air compressor

  • does it still go on sale till midnight?
