    It isn't confirmed as illegal if there's been no court case or prosecution. Just because the treasurer says it's illegal doesn't make it so.

    PainToad, I don't know why you're getting negged. All I've heard is that any drivers attempting to bring über to Adelaide will be prosecuted. Why risk it? Especially with all of über's publicity of their slimy tactics against other operators in the US.
