The only good thing about the cheaper android phones, some come with 4g. The 630 seems to be an awesome deal, decent size screen and smooth os = can't lose. :)
Get the 630, way better phone.
630 lack the shutter key the older gen has, but otherwise it is a better spec device with more core CPU that can run better software than x20 512 series in the long run.
The dual sim version is great value.
It is only the single SIM version. NOT the dual SIM.
I'd rather have the front camera, the camera flash and the dedicated camera button in 625.
An annoying feature of Lumia 520 and many windows phones is there is no volume control lock. It will go silent accidentally even without keypad unlock.
I think it is same with 630.
