  If the quality is good, then the price is decent.

  I'm always nervous about internet sites without a contact phone number / email / physical address etc. I know there's a contact form / online message but that doesn't really inspire confidence.

  How long have you been around?

  Has anyone on ozbargain used them before?

    I find all the secrecy a bit odd, though. Perhaps they're operating out of a garage attached to someone's house & don't want visitors. Still, it's a fine line between business-owners's comfort and customer comfort, especially when the latter drives sales (or not).
