Telstra is going to have the cheapest price on the new Lumias, and unlocked to boot. Previous cheapest I've seen the 930s is $679 at Allphones but Telstra stores are bound to have more stock. Normal prices $729/$279.
Nokia Lumia 930 $672, Nokia Lumia 635 $240 @ Telstra, Starting 15/7

I think he means that it's not locked to the Telstra network.
My bad, I meant "to boot" like the figure of speech. I dont see Microsoft unlocking their boot loaders any time soon.
15/6?
from Telstra means Telstra bloatwares and logo are still stuck on your phone, would rather buy the 930 from Allphones, cleaner :)
Bloatware Phhht it is just a logo on bootup, and an app you can delete.
Edit: Removed mild attack
sure that $7 IS a super saving for you too to let Telstra imprint their logo everytime you turn it on + slower firmware rollout
Developer account is free. You don't need to be stuck with Telstras upgrade cycle.
telstra rolls out system updates faster than nokia.
and you are able to track update progress on telstra website, but not nokia.
something is wrong with the nokia lumia 635 picture…a single back button?
Not even sure how they messed that one up. The phone they are using looks more like the Nokia X rather than the Lumia 635.
Yeah they stuffed it up and used a pic for the new Nokia Asha line
Is Telstra 635 a dual-sim phone?
No, check the spec page; http://www.nokia.com/global/products/phone/lumia635/specific…
Shame the 930 dosnt have Glance on it :( Im going to hold out with my 920 until the 1525 now in hopes that has the feature :)
Optus Has the 635 in their July catalogue as well for $240 outright.
forgot to add they had stock instore
You also get a JBL PowerUp Speaker (RRP $389.95)if you preorder the 930 with Telstra.

thats cheap, if i was buying a phone now, i'd buy from telstra outright rather than overseas and have some idiot deny you warranty.
Went to Telstra today and asked about the Lumia 635, the response was what's a 635?
No very surprised. Online preorder is today, instore is from Tuesday the 15th.
why 635 looks like x1 in the pic?
Because Telstra Marketing are fkd in the head and don't know what they sell or how to PROPERLY market…
I very much doubt that. Microsofts ARM tablets all have locked bootloaders, leaving you stuck with Win-RT.
It would be nice if true, and alternative ROMs like Cyanogenmod are available. Lumias have good hardware.
