    Very good, items are sent extremely quickly and when I received a suitcase I wasn't happy with I was able to exchange it easily instore

    I bought something from Bagworld a couple of weeks ago and was also quite happy with the process. There was free delivery by Australia Post, tracking was available and the item arrived quite quickly.

    They don't appear to show online stock levels of goods, so perhaps check stock levels before buying. They do say that you will be notified quickly if you've ordered an out of stock item:

    "In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested."

  A quick search on a couple of items show them to be uncompetitive price wise compared with both Amazon (when they deliver) and other local vendors even with the extra 8%.

  $236 (normal price) vs $273 (discounted) at bagworld. ($USD177 on Amazon)

  I'm calling it no bargain.

    I haven't looked in a while. When I purchased from them a couple of years ago, they were the best price for the Pacsafe money belt. They were also good for a number of other items.

    But DEFINITELY check before buying from them, because they are not the best price for all items.

    Don't think they are always the cheapest, but they have a price beat policy for Australian stock…by again, 8%…..

    Never tried it, so don't know if they keep to their word.

  i love Bagworld. fast delivery. no issues with stock or communication. got my Targus laptop bag for like $30-40 less than the next cheapest retail

    i prefer duffle's with a trolly option, but thats just me. It's just easier sometimes when u have the option
