Basically it's a year of free shipping across the three sites. It's only been available 2 or 3 times but well worth it for people that like online shopping. You can have up to 5 addresses so I split it with my parents ($39.50 each) and so far (bought in December) I think we've ordered around 100 times across the three sites. Really good when they offer a couple of cheap things but shipping would normally kill the deal.
And great on days like today where we got 11 things for free with free shipping.
