  Thanks will take look. The season is close to being over but this is when the games count so in terms of value makes more sense to be watching a Heat v Pacers or OKC v Spurs game with massive play-off intensity compared to a regular season game when things don't really means as much.

  I bought the entire season for $89 at the start of the year using the Indian proxy trick (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/116230). So I'm struggling to see how the same price for just the playoffs is a bargain?

  Although using that proxy again as crazynesss suggested is an alright deal I suppose.

      You're wrong. I watch my league pass (purchased via an Indian proxy before the start of the season)on my PS3, Apple TV, PC as well as iPads and Android devices.

  For those who don't know, the playoffs are a complete different game to the pre-season. In a way, players conserve their energies for the playoffs (especially all-stars), the coaches rest up their core players for the playoffs and the intensity is taken up a few notches, as mentioned by Hojupeter and cool_32. This means the games are alot more exciting to watch and you see the true skill/talent core players offer on the court.

  Could someone tell me how I would purchase the season pass with an Indian proxy? I read the other thread but my computer skills are limited so I'm not sure how to check for the cheapest rate and changing my proxy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I think you just mean 'the season', not pre season :-P

    The proxy is fairly easy to do, that deal I linked to has all the details, plus where to find a SSL proxy (only use as SSL one). To input the proxy settings, just do it in the connections tab of whatever browser you use, again, the details are in the other deal.
