Can you offset a flight that has already been booked?. Flight was booked with points.

It’s what turned me away from buying a Hisense, left a bad taste to be honest. DYOR of course but I don’t like this tactic.

Agree! SB always automatically tracks and pays correctly. Complete opposite experience with cash rewards.

Cashrewards rarely works. Influence consumers decision making who factor in cashbacks and then they don’t pay. Extremely disappointing
