          For the non ex-demo models, the warranty is said to be "24 Months - Manufacturer". Is that correct? Apple site says one year.

          Apple must give two years like other companies when changes to consumer law came into effect back in 2011. Good article that explains it

          Companies aren't advertising it for obvious reasons. I got my wife's 20 month old iPhone fixed for free from Apple no questions asked. In Apples case it makes AppleCare not worth getting unless you use phone support a lot

    I bought a Samsung Ativ S from Mobileciti last year and it seems as though they reseal their products. Mine appeared used with fingerprints present all over the screen! In addition the original security seal was originally broken but was cleverly masked with a counterfeit security label placed on top of the original to make it appear as if it was not.

    Having said that, I didn't complain when I received it (although I probably should have) but I hope people can become aware and inspect their products when buying off MobileCiti.

      Double seal is actually quite common because there are many occasions manufacturers have to reload/update firmware to fix current batch which has bug or defect. After they have done it, they would place another seal on top.

      However when you have seen a double seal from us, you are always welcome to contact us right away so we would be able to assist you.
