You will need to fill in the quick and easy product feedback survey after you have tried your products but if that sounds like too much hassle, you can choose the 'Trial Only' package instead which is only $10 per month or $100 per year.

    I don't know why everyone is so nervous. The most vocal also seem to be those who haven't signed up. I paid for this with a credit card. If it doesn't turn up, I'll do a chargeback from the credit card company. Simple. Safe.

  • hey rep I just checked my email and no update email for me last time I had an email from you was the 16/4 so did I miss out?

    • Hi bsk, we sent an email to everyone who had subscribed prior to 12th April telling them when they could expect their first box and also giving them a timeline for box delivery and payments.

      If you subscribed on or after 12th April you would have received a welcome email with that information on it. Did you receive that? If not, perhaps check your junk mailbox in case it went in there.

      The timeline is also on the homepage of our website now so we make it much clearer when our subscribers can expect to receive their box and their monthly payments.

      How did you find out that the smoked cyprus salt contained FE 621? My girlfriend doesn't take it well so now I'm worried. It doesn't say in the ingredients.

      Thanks very much for your feedback. You can update your membership by logging into your account on our website using your email address and password. Go to Manage Settings and click EDIT to change your subscription to an annual one.

      You will be billed for your annual subscription on your next renewal date - which will be 1st June.

    Well done ….. just got my one and yes I will be buying again…. good deal, I dont love all of it but well worth it for the things I will use. If still not sold its worth $5 just for a monthly supprise package that isnt a cree torch :)

  • Hi Rep. Just received 1st box by courier and signature was required. What happens if not home? Any extra fees such as redelivery, or is it dropped for pick up at post office? Good value for $5 including archive/storage box :o) I assume that the survey is emailed out - correct?

      Hi Peck, we use Fastway Couriers for most of our deliveries. They will collect a signature if you are home but if you are not then they will either leave it in a safe place if there is one, or leave a card and you can arrange to have it delivered another day. Some customers found they took it to a local convenience store so they could pick it up when they got home.
      There is a field on our shipping form now where you can add a short instruction for the driver - such as leave it out the back - so you might like to log into your account on our website and update that field in Manage Settings.
      Yes a link to the survey will be emailed out later next week :)

      • Excellent to hear there's a area to leave instructions for the courier now. I got left a card on Friday and had to wait ALL WEEKEND until I could get the box redelivered today. (It was worth it!)

  • First box delivered today by courier and very impressed. A good box of samples (although the tiny sachet of Q10 was the last thing I noticed compared to the rest!) that will all be used and a few new things - like the Mango,Passionfruit and Chia seeds jam - that will be great to try! Rep - I hope you are able to make some money from the suppliers for the feedback considering the courier, box and glossy advertising material on their own would cost more that the $5 per month I pay! I'd like to think it will work out well for you (and me too as I want another 11 boxes from this years annual subscription!). Well done.

      Hi FrugalBugger - sorry you feel that way. The retail value of the product in the box was $36.21 this month and that does not include the cost of shipping.

          Great box for us, looking forward to next months. Any chance we can get a sneak peek at a couple of next months items?

  • Got my box today - was worried it wasn't the sample box at first because it was so big and heavy! Was not expecting such a huge box.

    Seems to be a few different flavours of things - I got the pea and zucchini soup, smoked cyprus salt and fruit & chia jam (mango and passionfruit flavour), sour cream & chive crackers.

    Can't wait to try everything! (Plus my flatmates will love me because they're getting all the things I don't like.)

  • As a note, I don't understand why the nice colorful box covered in branding is placed in a similar sized generic brown box.

    I would have thought the branding and logo on the box would have been invaluable marketing tool to get the name and brand out to the masses…

    • Made sense to me seeing as it is foodstuffs.
      My outer box was filthy with dirt and dust from the couriers truck, but the inner one was pristine, like you want if you are going to eat the products.

      • Then why not then spend the money to have printing on the external box instead, so it's visible to everyone

      Thanks for your feedback and we do agree but it is a matter of cost versus benefit. We are assessing the cost of getting the outer box printed at the moment so if VISY looks after us with the price you might see a big red box coming your way soon :)

  • Would be good to have the product feedback survey available at the same time as the products are delivered. I like to provide opinions while the taste is fresh in my mind. I've finished the majority of the products already, and have forgotten some of the experience from consuming them. Maybe you should send out another sampler to refresh my memory :).

        I received the survey email about 1 week after I got the box.

        I haven't tried most of the products but in case I'll forget about to do the survey later I just fill it right away. Obviously I couldn't provide too much feedback at that time.

        So I was thinking the survey should come a later date.

        Maybe a poll on when the survey should be sent could be included in next month's survey?
        Or an option available to the subscribers on when they want to receive it?

  • When filling out the survey of products, there is no option for the 'black cyprus salt'.
    Only Natural Blue Persian and smoked..

    I agree with endotherm but mainly so that I could provide extra information. However I just did the survey, and it was very quick and uncomplex, and not a mandatory amount of detail necessary. When people see their survey email in their inbox, don't be afraid of the time that it will take. Just click on it and knock it over in a couple of minutes.

  • This is worth it. The candy alone is worth $5 so if you guys are seriously complaining, then just don't get it. It is not a rip off at all.

  • Ordered on the 14th of May and still no sign of a box. :( They did however charge me for a second box in June . :( Should I just do a chargeback for the first box?

      Hi Firefly, I'm really sorry to hear you have not receive the May box as yet. Please email me at [email protected] and I will follow up for you as I am not sure how to look up your account as it is not listed under Firefly.

      We use Fastway Couriers to send all our boxes and we have had a small amount of boxes not get to our subscribers yet due to issues with labels or customers not being home and there being no safe place for Fastway Couriers to leave the box.

      I will certainly follow up for you as soon as you send me the email and if you want to cancel your subscription I will understand and process that right away.

      The majority of our deliveries have been sent without issue but it is our very first month of sending thousands of boxes around Australia and both myself and our warehouse team as well as our delivery partners have learnt a lot from the process and will make sure we do a better job next month.

      I am sorry but I'm sure we can find a resolution for you if you would like to get in contact.
