        I paid by PayPal, could I dispute this if they didn't send the tickets ? They were in the cart but not in the final receipt.

    I was called today to apologise that the tickets had been oversold (yes my order included the tickets in the confirmation).
    I was offered $15 credit or a refund of the book purchase instead.

      Yeah I got the same call. I asked for the refund instead of the credit, and was then advised I would be getting the book and a refund!

      Great customer service if correct.
