Westpac 0% Balance Transfer for 14 Months on Low Rate, Altitude and Earth Credit Cards

170

Like the other two recent BT offers, Westpac has its own balance transfer offer. The lowest fee would be for the Low Rate credit card, annual fee of $45.

Edit: Also the 55 day credit card (and platinum version) has a special no fee for life offer (also expires 31/3/14) for those who are not so interested in the BT offer.Normally annual fees are $30 and $90 respectively.

Do you know if these offers can be taken by existing Westpac cardholders?

        I also agree.

    • Important: Special promotions (including bonus points, introductory balance transfer rates and purchase rates) don’t apply to customers who obtain a Westpac credit card by switching or upgrading from an existing Westpac card, or as part of a package (including home loan packages) unless the package or promotion conditions state otherwise.

  • yes its a shame westpacs not fexible with existing cardholders switching cards not like amex who encourage it. also OP end date is 31 mar 2014 not 31/1/2014

  • Went to do one of these deals once with another mob and after approval, they demanded (despite their terms indicating it was my choice), that the original credit card account be closed.

  • does anyone know if existing Westpac cardholders can call up and get the 0% bt without applying for a new card?
