I tried to find something and was consistently getting $2000pp.
Could you please narrow down the travel dates and whatnot?
The hotel deal is available for travel thru to 31 Mar 10 - you must book by 30 June 09. The $1207 price is based on a Pacific Blue GO! fare, departing Brisbane (other cities are available but they will just cost a little more).
If the GO! Fare is not available on the date you select the prices will re-calculate using the cheapest fare that day.
I've just checked a random date and found that departing 29 Nov 09, returning 6 Dec 09, for 2 adults the total price for 2 people is $2000.66, making it $1000.33pp, even cheaper than our advertised price of $1207pp!

Well, 29th is entirely booked out.
Still haven't been able to find anything under $1650pp return that is actually bookable.
