No, wasnt referrers, thats a $20 credit.

It maybe a unique code, but try HFR4P9N2W

I ordered a few days ago and got the $30 off the $64 box

        • Using referrer code is $30 off.

        • Maybe to the referrer, but the one using the code gets $20

Edit: ok you are probably right

I see… In that case there's really no point for me to post this — thought it was something useful, when you can get $30 credit all year around.

  • scotty : is there freebie via this? or anyone else please lemme know how it works :)

  • Share the $30 code buddy.

  • HelloFresh used to hand out a bunch of referral $30 codes - they were in some mens' magazine (do a search on OzBargain), plus they hand them out in showbags, etc. They are as common as muck. Heck, I think I even bought one off an OzBargainer for $2 thinking I could use it for my existing account but unfortunately they were for new accounts only.

Anyway in true OzBargain style, you really should use a referral to maximise value for the community :-)

Also, don't forget that they've effectively closed shop for the year, and there won't be any deliveries until 6th Jan (unless you're ordering their grotesquely expensive Christmas box).

And in case anybody's new to the whole idea of this place, the quality and freshness of the food that these guys sell seems to vary according to your location, but otherwise they're reasonable value for money - equivalent to if you were going to buy groceries at full price at the supermarket but without the waste of having to buy quantities that you won't/can't use.

    • Have you had any trouble for your referral code being used? After the initial referral code and birth of the referral wiki page I had a few hits from OzB and they actually changed my referral code without warning and took away my referral $. I ended up in an email war with them and ended up cancelling my subscription. I got the money re-instated and had a free delivery done last week to use it up but will be cancelling again.

Great recipes. Fresh ingredients. OK price. Horrible customer service.

      • Yeah, I think I know what you mean - my initial referral code that I was given when I signed up somehow got changed at some unknown time after my initial sign-up, but since then it's stayed the same. I didn't lose anything fortunately. There's definitely a bug of some sorts there.
