Meaning you need to send it to Apple HK and possibly (unsure because I've never had to) pay for then to send it back to you once repaired.
It's ebay though. Considering the seller paying a huge fee(10% of "buy it now price") as well as express delivery(at least $20, assuming it's Toll), I think the original price is somewhere between $450 to $480. I think the major importers such as Kogan and other companies will bring the price down to that point within a couple of days.
