Glendale NSW..its the only Event cinema in Newcastle apart from the older one in Newcastle itself..
I think its due to the Hoyts at Charlestown always being under $10 for a ticket so they are kind of competing on the sub $10 ticket price (not that I go to the movies much more than once a year these days anyway)
It probably would be a good idea to think before posting….

Spend 50 dollars upfront to qualify for 2 x $10 tickets. (Easier to find a family member or friend on Telstra, and have them buy you a ticket for $10)

Title isn't all that clear, buy $50 of what? Food/Drinks, A large amount of 3D Glasses? ;)

I get $10 Village tickets through Telstra anytime, no need to make a $50 purchase… No deal…

Considering the event cinema near me is $8.50 all the time, this aint much of a bargain ;)
