yeah this is ozbargain, but might as well be oz tighties… don’t think you’re going to get much attention for a 75 dollar scarf, 5 bux maybe… (yes i know the quality will be significantly different)

    • Thanks for the helpful post, unlike others…

Unfortunately, a significant portion of Ozb comprises of tight-arsed penny-pinchers who'd reuse liquid soap if there was a way.

        • yeah there is a way to reuse liquid soap, its call showering with shampoo.

in an office shower, i might add. because i'm too cheap to shower at home. :X

Art on Ozbargain is always going to be a tough sell and the price is hardly a bargain.

High quality silk scarves may go for $75 in boutiques but that's not a bargain, I would expect these to sell closer to the $30 range at a arts and craft market.

  • yeah, unfortunately wrong audience here… not sure if you are gonna be getting much of a response.

  • I felt quite bad for all the bad comments….the OP is hot.

For some reason I don't think that the OP is really Olivia Wilde.

Yeah, this is not a bargain. Was $95 and now $75? Where did you get the numbers? Did you come up with it all by yourself?

It's a bargain if your stated price is less than other retailers but since you're the sole seller of these "Store Owner artwork silk scarves", you're controlling the only supply of scarves and can hence determine the price of scarves meaning this is no deal.

    • So she's doing with her scarves what apple do with the RRP on their phones? As far as I am concerned the only difference is demand.

      • Pretty much so.

So it falls outside of your personal interest, therefore it is not a deal. got it.

@OP: OzB tends not to go too well with unique/high end fashion. Lisa Ho reducing dresses from $2000 to $150 barely got 60 positives. Throw us a fake mustache pack with a 3 dollar discount though and we will all lose our minds.

        • Fake moustaches? Where!?!

        • Thanks to Ozbargain, EVERYWHERE!

        • unless its swarvoskis jewellery. :P

          or cars.

i would say general demographic of OZB commenters here wouldn't be interested in scarves. (Not sure about the lurkers)

post a 30piece huggies diapers for $5 delivered, or 1TB HDD for $10 and OzB will show you what it is like to have your site ozbargained.

        • Here's your mustachios
