another 24 hours and no word on processing a refund. pretty happy to sit on my money it seems.
update: received an email today after sending 3 out to them. refund will take "2-7 working days". 2-7 days from when exactly is anyone's guess (Today? Friday, when I replied to their email with my details? Yesterday?).
Keep this in mind if you ever want to take a chance on centre com again, I doubt I ever will.
Pretty shocking behaviour. I doubt they'd get my patronage. Just the way they dealt with you (and some of the others in this thread) reeks of apathy.
final update: It wouldn't be right of me to bag them continuously and not mention the fact that they did actually manage to get my refund in today, so there's at least that to say about it all.
So it seems I can't reinstate my +ve. Either way, I got my 670 today so I'm happy. Took the opportunity to clean out my case and organised the wiring a lot better as well :D
Good to hear. Hoping my 660 arrives in the next couple of days.
I'm in WA and expecting to receive my 660 tomorrow hopefully!
Good luck!
Still haven't got it -_- haha
My pair of gtx660 have turned up….
Great bargain
you in WA? Cause I am and its already been 5 business days HNNNNNNG
I'm in Perth and mine arrived today.
Victoria.
It probably turned up on the first day at work But I was away on holidays
Well I'm 72 hours out from sending my bank details for a refund and I haven't heard a word back from Centre Com about them initialising the refund. Bunch of useless chumps if you ask me.
I wouldn't be so upset if they'd have just cancelled my order when they cancelled everyone else. The fact they waited for my money to clear before getting around to it really angers me. They claim that there was some kind of computer error, surely it wouldn't have been too hard to decide when the error happened and invalidate all orders made after that time.
Then to take so long to process refunds. This is the first time I've dealt with them and unless they are offering insane discounts I doubt I'll ever bother again. If the price is within range of some other provider I'll happily spend the extra out of spite.
