I am not sure I agree with this. Ultimately, you've got two bottles of awful whiskey for slightly less than normal.
Not a fan of it straight on ice with a splash of water? Oh well each to their own.

Dan Murpheys are cheaper for all the ones I tried (even after 20%) as LL list them ex-GST. LL also have a pretty poor range :/
Evan Williams is a good econo brand bourbon, much better than the other bottom dwellers (Nelson County, Old Crow euwww) and only stocked in Australia by Coles brand liquor stores (Liquorland, Vintage Cellars, 1st Choice etc, so no price match at Dan Murphys). 86 proof (43%) as well.
