Looks like the spate of warmer weather this week has prompted K-Mart at Bondi Junction to light a fire under their stock of electric blankets before they become unsellable! I found these this afternoon at about 5:00pm. I can't find them in a current catalogue, but they exist in a couple of recent catalogs on the web site for $29.00 (Double) and $39.00 (Queen), so nineteen bucks for either is a good deal. They had two pallet-sized baskets stacked chest-high with these right at the entrance of the Bondi Junction store. As I said, can't see the deal in any current catalogue, so I don't know if this deal is available in other stores. Can't hurt to ask others to price match! (I also didn't notice whether there were other sizes, but I was only looking for Double and Queen). I have a photo of my receipt (for a DB one) if anyone needs it.
Edit: I should add that when I took mine to the checkout, it scanned at $29.00, but the lady adjusted it down to $19.00 with no dramas at all. Keep an eye on the price if you buy one.
