8 people = 2x4 = $32 ($4 pp)
9 people = $45 so for the 9th person you pay $13!!!

you pay extra for a private projection, in theory $45 can be only for 1 person

I will book 2 lots of 4 people = 2 x $16 = $32
and also book 2 people = $9 giving me 10 tickets for $41
Then I take the whole cinema and I am paying $41 not $45
I also have a souvenir to take home of 1 unused ticket. And I used all 9 tickets so I can be by myself and have a private projection..
you are missing one important thing! All what you said is valid ONLY if the cinema's capacity is 9 seats and we have no info about capacity. If there is only 9 seats then i agree with you! Also, trying the trick with individual tickets just for yourself for a private show might not work, better check with the company before you go :)

Book out the entire cinema for up to 9 people doesn't imply the full capacity is 9 persons, or at least it is not stated anywhere! (i have worked in the past in a similar job and the private show capacity was much less than the "normal" full capacity of the cinema)

$45 is the price if you want to have the entire cinema for just yourself or up to 9 people.
standard 3d + 1d for shaking, 1d for feel (wind) or smell (break wind)…..

I emailed them. They were very responsive. They said I could use a four person pass for two rides for two people. When I do go, I'm going to ask if my daughter can just ride it four times by herself.
This is getting stupid. 3d fair enough but how can they claim that motion and feel are dimensions?

How long are these movies?
Probably 10-20 minutes…. Seen some "motion master" type of movies as well as Shrek 4D before, where the chair move, water spray or drip, something brush your feet when rats ran out from the screen or touch your neck when spiders are everywhere.
