      I've own three logitech systems, two have completely failed and the third one is copping but beginning to make a bit of weird noises when on standby. I have girly fingers so I don't know why they keeping falling apart on me :(

    Damn, just bought these 2 hours ago. Got OW to pricematch JB's $104.30. Brought it to $99.08. Still, can't complain. Good price and the sound from these is excellent.

      If you want to save a further $5, you can just have your one return and bought the new one on the spot with Logitechshop price matched. Simply say you change of mind…twice.

    Would these be better than my X-530 since its a 5.1 channel speaker which i had for ummm 7 years?

      There is a stereotype that one speaker always sounds better than new.

      Anyway, depends on whether you need 5.1. If you listen to music all the time, then 5.1 is a waste. If you watch movie all the time, then 5.1 is a must

        well i did my research and decided to pass this time around, there are nice speakers very high wattage and THX certified, but I don't need it, and $99 is out of my price range for a gift to someone who might do well with some nice speakers.

        I did notice this one which i kind of missed :(
