      It doesn't take that long. I received my s3 in a few days even though it said 2-3 weeks.

      OW beats Kogan's price including shipping over the phone as they don't stock iPads in store; I did so with an iPad mini a few weeks ago.

    They have to pay GST, so Kogans price with no GST is not reasonable!

      Do you think everyone is going overseas within 60 days and can claim through TRS?

      Btw in terms of being a grey import, AFAIK for most apple products (including iPad) it is not an issue because warranty is worldwide. I believe it is a different story for iPhones.

        I think point here is that if you buy Australian for a couple dollars more (or not even that at OW) 10% GST or about $50 will go to federal tax revenue which benefits all Australian citizens and not a only a single individual running a shop in a tax haven overseas. Smart vs. cheap shopping.

    Australian iPads/iPhones and Mac's also have 2 years warranty now, although Apple don't say it on there website. Gray will only have 1 year warranty.
