User guide
I read a review of the new Skype 4 for Windows on download.com and it mentioned the bandwidth-improvements and recommended anyone looking to maximise the benefit of the managed-bandwidth technology and improved codec was to get a headset that is compatible with the new (broader?) bandwidth technology.
Short story: I'd look into Skype 4 reviews before buying a headset, just to make an informed decision and not miss out on the newer audio codecs in Skype 4 & probably other software.
