    Same shit, different week with shopback. No doubt this will get fixed but come on, this is getting ridiculous now.
    Two advertisement errors matched with an upsized tracking error.

      There were also three different ending times for the deal: 1/ Time posted here 2/ Time on app 3/ Time on website all 2 hours different
      Shopback seems disorganized with many errors - does not inspire confidence

  • Great. Now my tracked amount reduced to 58c from $1.40 for a $148 item.

    • Mine went from $1.52 to $2.01.

      Still not 20% of 103.

    • Reduced amount for me also. $1.10 to 44c

  • Mine increased from $1.10 to $1.65. Definitely not 20% on a $110 item purchased.

    Mine went up to $2.68 from $1.79 for a $179 item. These minuscule adjustments don’t engender much confidence in Shopback.

    @gotyourback when are you guys going to fix this incorrect cash back tracking issue for this particular promotion, you will save people’s time if you let you know weather you will ever going to adjust the correct amount or not.
    We can at least return the items and stop buying stuff in your future promotions

    My tracking amount finally got adjusted

    • Same, but from a $155 purchase the cashback is $0.22 too low. Can't be bothered raising a ticket.

  • Mine is still incorrect but I bought 2 separate categories in one order to make it > $100

  • Mine got updated but is still short. I spent $150 in one transaction ($115 + $35). Should have got $30 back but only got $25.22 ($5.15 + $1.69 + $18.38)

    @gotyourback Hi, where transactions were made of multiple items to meet the minimum $100 spend, are those getting corrected to the 20% cashback? I have not seen those corrected yet. The only corrected transaction was when the individual item was >$100. Thanks

  • I purchased 2 x $60+ items from different sellers in one order. Both tracked separately and without boosted CB. Have submitted a report through "Missing Cashback" button.

    • Mine is still showing the wrong amount as well, despite GYB's update saying its fixed…

  • Two of three eBay orders with this cashback didn't track properly (with multiple items, in the same category, adding to $100+). Will lodge a ticket. Again.

    What's the best email to send through to, as the last time I used the support email listed I never got a response.

    Edit: have submitted a missing cashback, but you can only select the dat and time for clicks that didn't track. Hopefully support can figure it out.

      I purchased one item for $110. I have two entries that have tracked totalling $21.97 ($1.65 and $20.32).

      Still 3c out, but from my experience ebay purchases more often than not do not track correctly to the cent anyway.

      It appears so far from the comments that the tracking has not worked for those that purchased more than one item in the same transaction.

      @gotyourback - could you possibly look into this again, as this may be the issue for those that have not had the tracking rectified. If this is the case, then the tracking issues have actually not been fixed.

      I really hope this gets sorted for everyone.

    @gotyourback, I think your company need to look into this seriously as it will ruin shopback reputation unless they don't care it.
    A simple issue like this can just run query in database to know if any transactions from that period is not 20%… It doesn't need to say sorry, fix, sorry, fix….?

    Can't get responses from email for support and the chatbot identifies the 1x transaction as separate orders, even though it was all from the one seller and totalled over $103 + shipping.

  • My missing cashback claim through live chat was approved… at the unboosted amount. Never bothering with shopback again. What's the point of you do everything right including tracking then SB just decides they don't want to pay out.

  • Hi @gotyourback, thanks for all the offers you drop on the site, much appreciated. I made an enquiry to ShopBack regarding the tracking of this deal for me, which was much lower than expected. I received a reply the following day (10th of December) stating it would be around a week, due to the busy time of year, however I still have not received any reply since then, after emailing and using the virtual assistant.       Sadly, I'm more angry at myself for trusting them when I knew too well the bonus rate wouldn't track.

      I'll only be using TopCashback from this point forward. I've never once had a bonus rate fail to track with them.
